Suggested Use
SMOKE – Combine 1 pinch of bud to every 2 pinches of herbal blend and let the good times roll. Adjust the spliff ratio as necessary for mood/occasion.
SIP – Add 1 heaping teaspoon to a loose leaf tea infuser and steep for 3-5 minutes in boiling water for a calming, non-caffeinated tea.
