Due to COVID-19, we are no longer accepting any returns. ALL SALES FINAL.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please email customer support at support@shopmaryjae.com. Your cancellation must be made before your order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged.
If a cancellation is placed after the order has shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the unopened package or send the unopened package back.
Please note: Once a package has been opened, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. At this point, our standard returns policy applies. ALL SALES FINAL.
Once the package is returned, a full refund will be issued, less shipping costs both to and from your delivery address.
All cancellation refunds are processed within 5 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
