We ship all orders via *USPS.
Our Shipping Department is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm CST and closed on all U.S. government-observed holidays.
Orders received before 12pm CST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day.
Please note all orders placed on holidays and weekends will ship on the next business day.
*USPS does not guarantee shipping times as severe weather and holidays can cause delays.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 24hrs. Please email Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide detailed information, including a photo of the damaged product for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
Customers have up to 5 business days to pick up a curbside order. If more time is needed, please call the store before 5 business days and speak to an associate to schedule another time for pickup.
On the 5th business day, we will call and email you about your order. If we do not receive an answer, we will restock the items and refund the purchase*.
*This doesn’t apply to Clearance or Discontinued Items. All sales are final.
