Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders via *USPS.
Our Shipping Department is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm CST and closed on all U.S. government-observed holidays.
Orders received before 12pm CST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day.
Please note all orders placed on holidays and weekends will ship on the next business day.
*USPS does not guarantee shipping times as severe weather and holidays can cause delays.
Damage During Shipping
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 24hrs. Please email Customer Support at Support@ShopMaryJae.com and provide detailed information, including a photo of the damaged product for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
Due to COVID-19, we are no longer accepting any returns. ALL SALES FINAL
If you wish to cancel your order, please email
Customer Support at Support@ShopMaryJae.com Your cancellation must be made before your order ships. If the product
has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment
the order was originally charged.
If a cancellation is placed after the order shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the unopened package or send the unopened package back. Once the package is returned, a full refund will be issued, less shipping costs both to and from your delivery address.
All cancellation refunds are processed within 5 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
Once a package has been opened, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. At this point, our standard returns policy applies. ALL SALES FINAL
