Returns & Exchanges
At this time, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please email Customer Support at support@shopmaryjae.com as soon as possible.
- If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- If your order has already shipped, you may refuse the unopened package upon delivery or send it back to us unopened. Once we receive the return, we will process a refund minus shipping costs both to and from your delivery address.
Important: Once a package has been opened, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or return. All sales are final.
Refunds for cancellations are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned package. MARYJAE® reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
